Description

The purpose of this paper is to clarify the success factors of communities of practice (CoPs). Recently, CoPs is increasingly regarded as an important management tool enable sharing and creating knowledge in corporate management. However, the studies comprehensively examined the success factors of CoPs are limited. Through the review of previous studies, this paper will clarify the factors and provide suggestions for managing CoPs.
