Complete response was observed in one patient who survived without recurrence for 62 months. The patient with stable disease survived for 22 months ; the patient with progressive disease survived for 9 months but both died with tumor progression. In general, melanoma is fatal for patients with liver metastasis. The median survival time was estimated at only 4-7 months. We considered this therapy adequate therapy for melanoma patients with liver metastasis, for a prolonged survival time with less treatment related morbidity. change (NC) が1例, progressive disease (PD) が1例であった。 肝転移出現からの生存期間はCR症例62ヵ月, NC症例22ヵ月, PD症例9ヵ月であり, CR症例は現在も再発を認めず生存している。一般に悪性黒色腫は肝転移出現からの予後が4～7ヵ月とされ, 予後不良である。本治療法は全身的な副作用が軽く, 生命予後の改善も認めることから,
