It is easy to diagnose as postoperative delirium (POD) in patients with typical symptoms, such as confusion with hallucination or disorientation in early after operation.  However, in some cases, it is difficult to diagnose in the patients have lethargy or depression as POD.  Various scales are used for diagnosis for this disease.  In literature, the incidence of POD is vary from 4 to 87 %.  Pain, anesthesia and medication are well known risk factors. <br> In, Department of Surgery, National Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology, the incidence of POD in operative patients with elective surgery was 73.9 % in mature subjects (80+).  Older age, low preoperative MMSE, low preoperative JNCS and history of erethism or executive hyperaction are among the risk factors of
