Postoperative regional block reduced the incidence of perioperative complications such as respiratory complications, surgical site infection, and deep vein thrombosis and can be expected to reduce postoperative mortality as compared to general anesthesia.<br>  Recently, the effect of regional anesthesia on cancer recurrence and metastasis has been investigated. Though some retrospective analysis revealed that regional anesthesia has a beneficial effect on cancer recurrence and/or metastasis after breast, colon, and prostate cancer surgery, the advantages are less
