説明

A case of fixed drug eruption due to diphenylpyraline hydrochrolide is reported. A 31-year-old-woman had developed dark red macules on her lower limbs and her hip since July 1995. A fixed drug eruption was clinically diagnosed. Challenge test by the components of drugs for common cold (PL granules® and Dan-Rich®) resulted in the positive reaction with diphenylpyraline hydrochloride. Our case is the first case of diphenylpyraline hydrochloride induced-fixed drug eruption in Japan.
