During the operation, a huge neoplasma originating from the uterus was observed. The operation had been performed to remove 32.0 kg uterine myoma with safty of the patient.<br>By an histological examination, the neoplasma was diagnosed as a leiomyoma. The tumor cells, as the result of secondary changes, showed myxomatous degeneration, cystic degeneration and necrosis associated with local hemorrhagic appearance.<br>The myoma is the biggest uterine myoma hitherto reported in Japan.
