As the more precise telapeutic technique has been improved, the more accurate diagnostic methods for the extension of legion are to be investigated.<BR>From the statistics of 115 cases of laryngical carcinoma, according to our telepeutic experience, laryngography and observation by fiber scopes are the supreme.<BR>Especially for the legions of anterior commisure, ventricle, sub-glotic space and precricoid area, these two methods are inevitable for the establishment of accurate diagnosis.
