This report indicates the statistical characteristics of the Japanese version of STAXI and its subscales. We also report the relationships between STAXI and other personality measures, such as Jenkins' Activity Survey for Type A Behavior Pattern and Ways of Coping Questionnaire for the style of coping with stress. Furthermore, we attempted a clinical application of the Japanese version of STAXI of a case with a complaint about anger and aggression.
