説明

Extract of ancylostoma duodenale is made by the method of Matsubara's cancer reaction. 0.2cc of the extract, which corresponds to 0.25 of worm, is injected intracutaneously inside the forearm. The breadth of the reddishness is measured 30 minutes after the injection.<BR>Experiments were made on about 59 patients, in whose feces eggs of the hookworm were found, and as a contrast, similar experimeats were made on about 79 persons who were free from hookworm. In the patients, the breadth of reddishness was almost over 30mm, but in the contrast cases it was smaller.
