We studied 7 percieved qualities, such as brightness sense, active sense, softness sense, perspective sense, roughness sense, purity sense and shady sense. The effects were measured by means of slopes and correlation constants of the plots of average appraised values against Muncel choma. The brightness sense decreases with increasing the Muncel chroma and with increasing the active sense and perspective sense.
