Description
Acetylene black coated with amorphous manganese oxide for rapid-dischargeable battery was synthesized by sonochemical method. Acetylene black was homogeneously covered with amorphous manganese oxide. In MnO4- solution without acetylene black, MnO4- did not reduced by ultrasound. These experimental results exhibit that this reduction reaction must be highly related to the presence of acetylene black.
