children"}],"dc:language":"ja","description":[{"type":"abstract","notation":[{"@language":"ja","@value":"【目的】現代の子供たちは既に調理され出来上がったお菓子や、密封され流通している加工菓子を喫食することが殆どで、昔の子供たちのように自分でお菓子を手作りする機会を得ることが稀である。子供たちの食への関心を高めることが所謂「食育」に肝要であるが、自分で作ったお菓子を食べるという行為は、精神面で満足感や達成感を与え、食への関心を高める効果があると同時に、身体面でも手先や思考力を用いることにより、脳活動を高める効果も期待される。本研究では、子供たちが自分でお菓子を手作りする際の脳活動を可視化した。【方法】右利きの小学4年生の男女18名を対象に、シロップを型枠中の澱粉に滴下することにより、自分でグミを手作りしてもらった。その際の前頭前野における脳活動の変化を、「ウェアラブル光トポグラフィWOT-220（㈱日立ハイテクノロジーズ）」を用い計測した。難易度や自由度の異なる三つのグミ作り試験を行い、夫々の試験において、グミ作り前（安静時）の脳活動と比較した。また、より難易度や自由度の低いグミを作っている時の脳活動と比較し、手作りの難易度や自由度が脳活動にもたらす効果の検出を試みた。更にグミ作り時の難易度や楽しさ等につきアンケートを実施し、主観と脳活動の相関を調査した。【結果】全てのグミ作り試験において、被験者の前頭前野における脳活動は安静時に対し有意に上昇した。また配色の自由度の異なるグミ作り試験においては、自由度のない場合よりもある場合が、前頭前野を活性化する傾向が見られた。アンケートにおいては、子供たちの感じる難易度と脳活動に弱い相関が見られた。"}],"abstractLicenseFlag":"disallow"}],"creator":[{"@id":"https://cir.nii.ac.jp/crid/1410282680670052868","@type":"Researcher","personIdentifier":[{"@type":"NRID","@value":"9000347217579"}],"foaf:name":[{"@language":"ja","@value":"大谷
