This paper shows a possibility of organizational innovation based ethnography and soft systems methodology(SSM). Ethnography is powerful for observing the site of the enterprise directly. And SSM has some unique concepts: accommodation, rich-picture, root-definition, and so on, and has been solving several issues in organizations. The authors propose to apply the SSM on a scheme of organizational innovation named WISE that has been developing on the concept of ethnography.
