Tac-Endo Gutter and Canals-N were used for vertical root canal filling. Periapical radiographs were taken after root canal filling. The apical legion of the root canal filling were evaluated and classified into 5 types of radiolucent lesion according our criteria. The lesion size of each periapical radiograph was also measured. The lesion with small and clear radiolucency indicated the overfilling ratio more than other legion types (the large and clear radiolucency, and the large and unclear radiolucency). These results suggest that the periapical status, not the lesion size, may effect on the periapical filling status when we used the vertical obturation technique."},{"@language":"ja","@value":"歯内治療における垂直加圧根管充填法の問題点として、根充材の根尖孔外への溢出がある。しかしながら、どのような根尖部の状態の時に溢出が起きるのか、十分に明らかにされていない。今回、垂直加圧根充における適切な治療術式を確立するため、根尖透過像の状態と根充時の溢出の関連を検討した。3名の歯科医師が保存治療科歯内治療用クリティカルパスに沿って治療を行い、GC社製タックエンドガターとシーラーを用いた垂直加圧根充を行った、208歯、275根管を対象とした。根充直後のX線写真から根尖透過像に応じた5タイプに分類するとともに、根尖透過像の最大幅径を計測し根充材の根尖孔外への溢出の有無との関連を検討した。溢出は、根尖透過像が存在しない根管の4.8%、根尖透過像が存在する根管の42.4%で認められた。溢出した根管の85%は根尖透過像の最大幅径が5mm以下であった。また、根尖透過像のタイプによって溢出の割合に差があることが確認された。垂直加圧法による根充材の溢出には、根尖透過像の大きさのみではなくその性状が影響していることが示された。今回用いたX線写真上での根尖透過像のタイプ分類に基づいて判断することで、垂直加圧法における根充材の溢出を回避することが期待できる。"}],"abstractLicenseFlag":"disallow"}],"creator":[{"@id":"https://cir.nii.ac.jp/crid/1030003658518749184","@type":"Researcher","personIdentifier":[{"@type":"KAKEN_RESEARCHERS","@value":"00347676"},{"@type":"NRID","@value":"1000000347676"},{"@type":"NRID","@value":"9000254407741"},{"@type":"NRID","@value":"9000001200286"},{"@type":"NRID","@value":"9000392057003"},{"@type":"NRID","@value":"9000331092285"},{"@type":"NRID","@value":"9000392056859"},{"@type":"NRID","@value":"9000392057579"},{"@type":"NRID","@value":"9000378124478"},{"@type":"RESEARCHMAP","@value":"https://researchmap.jp/read_yanoji"}],"foaf:name":[{"@language":"en","@value":"Yano
