As a method of analysis, M-GTA was used. <br>Result: 35 abstracts and 12 categories were extracted. Early resignation new graduate nurses were requested to \"ask themselves what kind of nurses they would have liked to become\" based on results of \"feelings of disappointment in failing as nurses\" and \"variations in their own self-worth having made mistakes at work\". During that time, new graduate nurses felt in a state of \"collapse of mind-body balance\", and this served as a \"trigger\" that intensified the \"early resignation decision\". After resignation, \"objective views of new graduate nurses during that time\" and \"personal growth\" were observed. <br>Conclusion: Early resignation new graduate nurses were troubled by the difference between their own abilities and the abilities required at their workplace, and their psychological state strongly affected their low self-evaluation as nurses.
