Abstract
本稿の目的は,企業,会計専門家,金融機関の相互連携を通じて企業再生計画がどのように修正されているかの一端をエスノグラフィックな定性的研究により明らかにすることである。本稿では,再生計画の修正を通じた,金融機関・会計専門家の戦略計画担当者としての相互補完的な役割が,中小企業の組織的問題を克服する可能性が示唆された。
