- S0301-6-6 高速炉原子炉容器の高温構造設計評価技術の開発 : その3 : 316FR鋼およびインコネル718の高サイクル熱疲労判定温度差(溶接継手と疲労評価法)
Description
316FR steel and Inconel-718 are possible materials to use for Upper Inner Structures (MS) in FBR reactor vessels. The UIS have to be designed to prevent the high-cycle fatigue failure derived from the sodium flows with different temperature. In this paper, critical temperature differences, ΔT_<cr>, for 316FR steel and Inconel-718 are evaluated. ΔT_<cr> is defined as 10^<11>-cycles fatigue strength indicated in form of temperature difference. For 316FR steel, ΔT_<cr> is in common with the other austenitic stainless steel. ΔT_<cr> for Inconel-718 strongly depend on the existence of the mean stress.
