Description
1) A Comparative observation was done between the pre- and postoperative liver function (GOT) test, in which the deficiency of Vitamine B2 played important role.<br>2) Vit. B2 metabolism is disturbed during postoperative period of 7 days (diminished blood and urinary excretion of Vit. B2 following the loading of 5 mg O.D., especially this metabolic disturbance became remarkable on cases of cancer, hepatitis, pulmonary tuberculosis and ileus.
