patients"}],"dc:language":"ja","description":[{"type":"abstract","notation":[{"@language":"ja","@value":"近年，リハビリテーション分野においてロボット技術が応用されている。本研究の目的は，歩行リハビリテーションに対して開発された部分面型ロコモーションインタフェースGaitMaster4の維持期脳卒中片麻痺患者に対する効果を検証することである。研究デザインにはランダム化クロスオーバーデザインを使用した。対象者12名をランダムにグループA，Bに割り付け，介入期，非介入期を設けた。グループAは介入期，非介入期，グループBは非介入期，介入期の順で実施した。対象者は介入期に週3回を4週間または週2回を6週間の合計12回のGM4を用いた歩行リハを実施し，非介入期では週1回の測定を実施した。主たる評価項目は10m歩行速度とした。介入期では歩行速度の有意な増加が認められ，非介入期では有意な増加は認められなかった。また，介入期，非介入期の比較では介入期で有意な歩行速度の増加が認められた。GM4を用いた歩行リハは維持期脳卒中片麻痺患者の歩行能力改善に効果があることが示唆された。"}],"abstractLicenseFlag":"disallow"}],"creator":[{"@id":"https://cir.nii.ac.jp/crid/1410001204763563649","@type":"Researcher","personIdentifier":[{"@type":"NRID","@value":"9000005799030"},{"@type":"NRID","@value":"9000258349872"}],"foaf:name":[{"@language":"ja","@value":"田中
