カンレン"}],"dc:language":"ja","description":[{"type":"abstract","notation":[{"@language":"ja","@value":"本研究の目的は発症後早期における片麻痺患者の下肢Brunnstrom-recovery-stage(以下,ステージ)と膝伸展筋力の関係について検討することである.対象は,脳血管障害による片麻痺患者31名(右片麻痺18名,左片麻痺13名,発症からの病日14.1±10.8日,年齢60.4±8.5歳)である.下肢ステージ,および麻痺側等尺性膝伸展筋力の測定を1-2週間の期間を開けて経時的に実施した.下肢ステージと膝伸展筋力との順位相関係数は初回評価時0.770,最終評価時0.501であった.下肢ステージごとの膝伸展筋力値は,ステージⅠからⅥの順に0.0-1.9kgf,0.0-5.2kgf,0.0-39.7kgf,2.0-36.4kgf,4.6-27.6kgf,2.0-36.4kgfであり,ステージⅢ以上では大きなばらつきを認めた.また,麻痺側下肢ステージが変化しなかった期間においても平均68%の有意な筋力増加を認めた.以上のことから,脳卒中発症早期においては,ステージではとらえることができない下肢機能の相違や変化が存在することが示唆された.発症早期には,より詳細な下肢機能評価として麻痺側膝伸展筋力測定の併用を考慮すべきである."}],"abstractLicenseFlag":"disallow"}],"creator":[{"@id":"https://cir.nii.ac.jp/crid/1410009224143627010","@type":"Researcher","personIdentifier":[{"@type":"NRID","@value":"9000006641018"}],"foaf:name":[{"@language":"ja","@value":"明間
