研究の概要(英文)：The Chinese government implemented the "National New-type Urbanization Plan (2014-2020)" in an aim to revitalize the stagnating Chinese economy. The current policy mainly focusses on the expansion of domestic demand. For promoting the urbanisation pocess, it is important to create employment and to involve the abundant peasant-workers. This paper focusses on the creation of new employment for those peasant-workers.
