新学習指導要領において,体育の授業時数が増え,特に「体つくり運動」はすべての学年で導入され,低・中学年において「多様な動きをつくる運動(遊び)」が新設された。「多様な動きをつくる運動(遊び)」では,体を動かす楽しさや心地よさ,体の基本的な動きづくりをねらいとして取り組みが求められている。 そこで,「多様な動きをつくる運動(遊び)」において,ムーブメント教育・療法の理論に基づいた動きづくりに取り組んだ。結果,多様な動きをつくる運動のねらいを達成できる活動として評価できた。さらに多くの実践は考えられ,「多様な動きをつくる運動(遊び)」での取り組みを中心として,新しい体育として,今後,ムーブメント教育・療法を用いた運動が体育の中で取り組まれると考えられる。

In the new course of study, it has increased the number of classes of physical education and “Movement to make various movements" was newly established in low and junior high school year. “Movement to make body" was introduced especially by all school years. In “Movement (play) to make various movements", the approach is needed aiming at a basic movement making of happiness, ease, and the body that basically moves the body. Then, it worked in “Movement (play) to make various movements" to become movement based on the theory of the movement education and therapy. As a result, it was appreciable as the activity that was able to achieve the aim of the movement where various movements were made. More practice is thought by centering on the approach by “Movement (play) to make various movements". And, it is thought that the movement that uses the movement education and therapy will work as a new physical education in the physical education in the future.
