This study focused on the influence of matrix resin properties on Mode-I interlaminar fracture toughness of uni-directional CFRP. Four types of vinyl-ester matrixes were prepared. In order to investigate matrix resin properties, three-point bending tests, SENB tests, and DMA tests were performed. Mode-I interlaminar fracture toughness of CFRP was measured. The interlaminar fracture toughness of CFRP was improved when the tanδ of the matrix was high.
