mg投与した．年齢，身長，体重，術式（固定，非固定），手術椎間数，手術時間，術中出血量，術後1日目の出血量を検討項目とし，TXA投与群と非投与群で比較検討行った．【結果】投与群は57例，非投与群は59例であった．年齢，身長，体重で有意差はなかった．術式は投与群で固定術25例，非固定32例，非投与群で固定術30例，非固定29例であった．手術椎間数，手術時間に有意差はなかった．術中出血量（ml）は投与群134±165，非投与群で165±152であり，両群間に有意差はなかった．術後1日目の出血量（ml）は投与群187±135，非投与群308±210であり，TXA投与で有意に減少していた（p＜0.05）．【考察】トラネキサム酸投与は，腰椎手術において，術後出血量の抑制に有効であると考えられた．</p>"}],"abstractLicenseFlag":"disallow"}],"creator":[{"@id":"https://cir.nii.ac.jp/crid/1410579830883613702","@type":"Researcher","foaf:name":[{"@language":"ja","@value":"笹栗
