From the environmental preservation perspective, recycling plastic waste can save natural resources and decrease energy consumption. Among the various types of recycling management approaches, the reuse of recycled plastic material in the construction sector is considered one of the environmentally friendly recycling methods. This approach will help reduce the depletion of natural resources used as raw materials for cement
