Description

The gaze from others cause various influences on people. In the present study, we quantitatively evaluated the emotional impact of artificial eyes, i.e., illustration on people. The participants evaluated discomfort of 1, 4, 16, 64, 256, and 1024 artificial eyes on a computer display using 7-point Likert scale. The results suggested that was shown that there’s a difference in discomfort given by the eyes of live-action photography and the illustration eye.
