VO2max)に与える影響を明らかにすることである。 「方法」健常成人男性 12 名(年齢 24.8 ± 3.2 歳、身長:174.0 ± 3.4cm、体重:63.2 ± 6.4kg、BMI:20.8 ± 1.7kg/m2)を対象とし、空気圧免荷式トレッドミルを使用した多段階運動負荷試験を行ない、呼気ガス分析装置を使用して酸素摂取量および心拍数を計測した。測定に際して トレッドミルの荷重率を100%、70%、50%および 30%に設定し、4 条件での運動負荷試験を実施した。得られた酸素摂取量と心拍数を用いて回帰式を算出し、年齢予測最大心拍数を代入し、推定 VO2max を算出した。 「結果」各荷重率における推定 VO2max に有意差を認めなかった。 「結論」空気圧免荷式トレッドミルにおける体重免荷は推定 VO2max
