- 上腕二頭筋遠位部腱部分断裂を生じた橈骨粗面骨軟骨腫の１例

橈骨粗面に発生し上腕二頭筋遠位部腱が部分断裂を生じた，比較的稀な骨軟骨腫の１例 を報告する．症例は76歳女性．約3年前より右肘関節痛を自覚し，当院を受診した．単純 X 線像と CT 像で橈骨粗面前方に骨性隆起を認め， MRI では上腕二頭筋遠位部腱停止部に T2 強調像で高輝度領域を認めた．手術は橈骨粗面前方の骨性隆起を摘出し，上腕二頭筋遠位部腱は部分断裂していたため，橈骨粗面の前方に骨アンカーを挿入して縫合した．術後疼痛は消失し，肘関節可動域制限や上腕二頭筋の筋力低下もみられず，経過良好であった．
