Description
ELSA (Ethical (E), Legal (L) and Social Aspects (SA)) has become such an important concept that it is excluded from society if it is contradicted. In this paper, I focused on social background (SA) and ethics (E) to discuss business ethics in Japan. As a result, Japan has a "comprehensive way of thinking" based on a "mutually cooperative self-view" in a "mutually cooperative system" and a logical structure called "four-phrase discrimination. It was revealed that it is the "interpersonal" ethics of "co-speech" in the field of "Chuso" language, which is the "non-separation of subject and guest". It is a theory of relations and what Yasusuke Murakami calls "hermeneutic reflection". In other words, "Ba" is essential as an analytical concept. I have shown that only these considerations are compatible with an ethics that ensures sustainability in Japan.
