Subjects consisted of 10 healthy male students who did not have any sensory problems, and no contraindications to ultrasound or PEMF. The PEMF was applied for 60 minutes to the right elbow (brachial artery), with the left elbow at rest acting as the control. Using pulsed Doppler mode, blood flow velocity and skin temperature were measured 5 times at 0, 15, 30, 45, and 60 minutes.　The results showed that regardless of intensity, at 45 and 60 mins of PEMF, there were significant decreases in blood flow velocity between group and within group.　Therefore, our study demonstrated that blood flow velocity decreased after a long period of PEMF application. Based on the equation of continuity, the reason for the decrease in blood flow velocity may be due to vascular dilation. However, the physiological mechanisms of PEMFs on circulation dynamics will require further studies.</p>"},{"@language":"ja","@value":"<p>本研究は，異なる強度のパルス電磁場（Pulsed electromagnetic field, PEMF）刺激による血液循環動態への影響を，超音波検査にて測定した血流速度を指標として検討することを目的として行った．対象は感覚異常がなく，超音波・電磁場の禁忌事項に該当しない健常な男性10名とした．同一被験者において右上腕動脈上の肘関節掌側に強度の異なるPEMFを60分間照射し，左上肢はコントロールとして安静位にした．超音波検査のパルスドップラーモードを用いて介入0，15，30，45，60分後の計5回の血流速度と皮膚温度を測定し比較した．その結果，群間比較，群内比較ともに強度に関わらずPEMF照射45分後，60分後の血流速度において有意な減少が認められた．本研究の結果から，今回用いた刺激強度での長時間のPEMF照射は，血流速度を減少させることが示された．流体の連続の法則より，本研究において血流速度が減少した背景としては，血管拡張が生じた可能性があるものと推察された．しかし，PEMFの血液循環動態に対する生理学的効果のメカニズムに関しては，まだ十分に解明されておらず，不明な点が多いことから，今後のさらなる研究の展開が必要であると考えられた．</p>"}],"abstractLicenseFlag":"allow"}],"creator":[{"@id":"https://cir.nii.ac.jp/crid/1410025717360117633","@type":"Researcher","personIdentifier":[{"@type":"NRID","@value":"9000341527918"}],"foaf:name":[{"@language":"ja","@value":"松島
