Nonetheless, the mere proximity of facilities may not deter car usage due to users’ personal preferences and physical constraints. Therefore, with the aim of better understanding how to achieve a transformation from an x-minute city to an x-minute city where “people choose to walk”, we analyzed the behavior of people who currently live within walking distances of facilities and considered individual subjective perspectives. The study revealed a tendency towards car usage among individuals when facilities were located beyond an 11-minute walk from their residences. In addition, people reported they would choose to drive in the 15- and 20-minute city planned for Paris and Portland.</p>"},{"@language":"ja","@value":"<p>誰もが自宅から「歩いていける」都市構造であるx-minute cityの形成を通して，脱クルマ社会の実現が目指されている．ただし，施設が近隣に立地していても個人の嗜好や体力的な要因により，自動車を利用することが想定される．そこで本研究では，「歩いていく」x-minute cityに転換していくための課題を明らかにするため，個人の主観に基づいて歩いていける範囲内に施設が立地する人を対象に，交通行動の決定要因を分析した．その結果，自宅から徒歩11分以上の箇所に施設が立地している人は自動車を利用する傾向が明らかになり，パリやポートランドで設定されている15分や20分といった圏域では人々は自動車を選択する可能性が示唆された．</p>"}],"abstractLicenseFlag":"disallow"}],"creator":[{"@id":"https://cir.nii.ac.jp/crid/1410864899861385474","@type":"Researcher","foaf:name":[{"@language":"en","@value":"Murooka Taichi"},{"@language":"ja","@value":"室岡 太一"}],"jpcoar:affiliationName":[{"@language":"ja","@value":"筑波大学"},{"@language":"en","@value":"University of Tsukuba"}]},{"@id":"https://cir.nii.ac.jp/crid/1410864899861385473","@type":"Researcher","foaf:name":[{"@language":"en","@value":"Kumeyama Kanta"},{"@language":"ja","@value":"久米山 幹太"}],"jpcoar:affiliationName":[{"@language":"ja","@value":"筑波大学"},{"@language":"en","@value":"University of Tsukuba"}]},{"@id":"https://cir.nii.ac.jp/crid/1410864899861385472","@type":"Researcher","foaf:name":[{"@language":"en","@value":"Taniguchi Mamoru"},{"@language":"ja","@value":"谷口 守"}],"jpcoar:affiliationName":[{"@language":"ja","@value":"筑波大学"},{"@language":"en","@value":"University of Tsukuba"}]}],"publication":{"publicationIdentifier":[{"@type":"PISSN","@value":"09160647"},{"@type":"EISSN","@value":"21850593"}],"prism:publicationName":[{"@language":"en","@value":"Journal of the City Planning Institute of Japan"},{"@language":"ja","@value":"都市計画論文集"},{"@language":"en","@value":"Toshi keikaku rombunshu"},{"@language":"en","@value":"Journal of the City Planning Institute of Japan"},{"@language":"ja","@value":"都市計画論文集"},{"@language":"ja","@value":"学術研究発表会論文"},{"@language":"ja","@value":"発表会論文"}],"dc:publisher":[{"@language":"en","@value":"The City Planning Institute of Japan"},{"@language":"ja","@value":"公益社団法人 日本都市計画学会"}],"prism:publicationDate":"2024","prism:volume":"59","prism:number":"3","prism:startingPage":"836","prism:endingPage":"843"},"reviewed":"false","url":[{"@id":"https://www.jstage.jst.go.jp/article/journalcpij/59/3/59_2005/_pdf"}],"availableAt":"2024","foaf:topic":[{"@id":"https://cir.nii.ac.jp/all?q=x-minute%20city","dc:title":"x-minute city"},{"@id":"https://cir.nii.ac.jp/all?q=%E9%83%BD%E5%B8%82%E6%A7%8B%E9%80%A0","dc:title":"都市構造"},{"@id":"https://cir.nii.ac.jp/all?q=%E4%BA%A4%E9%80%9A%E6%89%8B%E6%AE%B5","dc:title":"交通手段"},{"@id":"https://cir.nii.ac.jp/all?q=%E5%BE%92%E6%AD%A9%E8%A8%B1%E5%AE%B9%E6%99%82%E9%96%93","dc:title":"徒歩許容時間"},{"@id":"https://cir.nii.ac.jp/all?q=x-minute%20city","dc:title":"x-minute city"},{"@id":"https://cir.nii.ac.jp/all?q=urban%20structure","dc:title":"urban structure"},{"@id":"https://cir.nii.ac.jp/all?q=transportation%20mode","dc:title":"transportation mode"},{"@id":"https://cir.nii.ac.jp/all?q=acceptable%20walking%20time","dc:title":"acceptable walking time"}],"relatedProduct":[{"@id":"https://cir.nii.ac.jp/crid/1360020697325801856","@type":"Article","relationType":["references"],"jpcoar:relatedTitle":[{"@value":"15-, 10- or 5-minute city?
