Description
We report that the development of the Analog Content Addressable Memory using SDAMs (Switched Diffusion Analog Memory). An SDAM is a new type of memory which is like an EEPROM and is able to hold an analog value. This Content Addressable Memory with SDAMs is useful of pattern matching between input analog vector and memorized analog vector.
