- Adult Nursing Practice (Acute ・ Recovery) Student motivation to learn by simulation instructional design and ARCS model on the previous day
It is required to show and share the evaluation of instructional design not only in nursing education but also in education in advance to students. Our research team continues to evaluate the effectiveness of simulation education, which is one of the active learning in university education. This time, simulation education was conducted and evaluated using simulated patients in adult nursing practice (acute・ convalescent period). As a result, the perspective of new lesson design became clear. (1) From team discussions, we have learned from the differences from others. (2) It is important to prepare and explain the items to be used. (3) It is necessary to reconsider securing time for debriefing. (4) It is necessary for the target person to understand the purpose and goal of simulation education and to reconsider the structure of the session.
