Research Abstract
グローバル会計基準の導入は、多くの新興国で取り組まれている重要な政策課題である。この研究では、アジアの新興国における国際会計基準(IFRS)・SME版IFRSの導入に着目する。カンボジアはIFRSを全面導入し、ベトナムは金融商品会計基準を排除した。このような受容と排除の過程をアーカイバル研究とインタビュー調査によって明らかにする。
