Research Abstract
研究目的は、重度認知症高齢者の基本的な生活支援技術を明らかにして、その研修プログラムを開発し、重度認知症高齢者のQOLの向上を図ることであり、目的達成のために重度認知症高齢者を対象とした2カ月間の小集団回想法、6カ月間の手織りプログラム、5週間の生活支援技術に関する介入、及び国内外の看護職等への面接調査を通じて重度認知症高齢者への日常生活支援技術研修プログラムを作成し、複数回の研修を実施しそのプログラムが有効であることを評価した。
