Research Abstract

本研究では、2012年度に福岡県久山町の高齢者調査を受診した65歳以上の住民のうち、本研究の同意が得られた約1500人を対象に生活機能障害の有病率とその危険因子について横断的に検討する。次に、2012年に生活機能障害を有さない高齢住民約1000人を2022年（10年後）まで追跡し、生活機能障害の発生の危険因子・防御因子の検討と将来の生活機能障害発生を予測するリスクスコアモデルを算出する。本研究課題の成果は介護予防や健康寿命の延伸を達成するためのエビデンスとして活用され、疾病の発症予防や介護予防、そして医療・保健・福祉にかかる社会保障費の削減など健全な超高齢社会の実現に貢献しうるものと考える。
