Research Abstract

本研究では第一に、綿密な事例調査の対象とする「技術者倫理教育を積極的に行っている企業」を抽出するために、一部上場企業を中心に、自社内における技術者倫理に関する教育の取組みに関してアンケートを行う。第二に、事例調査対象の抽出後は、個別のケースの作成に移る。まず抽出された「（Ⅰ）調査対象企業の、技術者倫理教育の実態把握」を行い、あわせてさらに、「（Ⅱ）調査対象企業における技術者倫理教育の効果測定と課題についての分析」も行う予定である。第三にⅠとⅡの研究成果をもとに、これを事例横断的に比較分析することで、「（Ⅲ）帰納的に企業において実践される技術者倫理教育の意義と課題について分析」する。
