Research Abstract
高中心静脈圧/高心拍出型Failed Fontanの予後は極めて不良であり、この疾患群に対する適切な管理を確立することは臨床的重要課題と言える。門脈体循環シャントが何かしらの影響を与えていると予測するが、その関連メカニズムはまだ不明である。各種のmodalityを用いてこの疾患群の臨床像を明らかにし、適切な薬剤使用を含めた、よりよい管理指針を確立することを目指す。
