Research Abstract
本研究では、ポスト地方分権改革期にあたる現在、地域に根ざした集合的学習組織である公民館の新たな可能性を、長野県飯田市の公民館を事例に、住民自治と団体自治との橋渡し組織という観点から示し、行政組織と住民自治組織の総体を「学習する地方自治組織」として描き直す。このような本研究を通して、公民館研究をこれまでの社会教育論の領域から、拡張的学習論やさらには組織学習論へと越境させる、新たな試みを展開していく。
