Research Abstract
本研究ではバングラデシュの実証サイトにおいて周産期・母性期・乳児期まで対応する改良母子遠隔健診システムを構築・実装化する。そして、母子に継続ケアが提供されることで、バングラデシュにおける母子の疾病罹患率や死亡率が改善するかを明らかにすることを目的とする。 クラスターランダム化比較試験により、妊婦とその児を対象とし、遠隔での継続的な健診を実施する。研究のアウトカムとして、産前産後ケアの受診者率、健康状態の改善率、産後うつ率、妊娠・新生児合併症罹患率、児の栄養不良率とする。
