Research Abstract
本研究ではOLP病変局所の粘膜上皮や間質において、それぞれ特異的にIL-31やEpas1/Sp1などの発現が確認できれば、口腔粘膜におけるIL-31,Epas1/Sp1の新たな役割や重要性が明らかになると同時に、先行研究で見出したIPHBAに注目し、OLPにおけるステロイド療法に変わる新規治療法の開発へ展開できる可能性があり、極めて有意義な研究であると思われる。
