Research Abstract
小児注意欠如多動症（ADHD）は、脳内のドーパミン（DA）とノルエピネフリン（NE）機能低下が主病態と考えられているが詳細は未だ不明である。近年目覚ましい発展を遂げている脳機能検査を駆使して小児に対して非侵襲的に黒質のDA機能と青斑核のNE機能の定量化を行いADHDの病態に迫る。具体的には、ADHD群と健常者群を対象に黒質NM・青斑核NEの濃度の変化、機能的脳イメージング計測（fMRI/NIRS）による脳活動の変異、多型解析による遺伝子多型を検証し、ADHDのDA/NE機能低下の原因となる複合的な病態の解明と診断・治療の判断基準となるマーカーを開発する。
