Research Abstract

本研究では、腫瘍増殖で必要となるエネルギー源ATPおよび核酸合成に必要な窒素源の供給に着目し、質量分析技術を用いて、ATPおよび窒素源に関連する代謝物の分布を測定し、その供給経路について間質細胞からの代謝物供給、腫瘍細胞における代謝物利用について、Single Cell遺伝子発現解析による関連遺伝子発現から解明を目指すものである。「代謝物分布」、「間質細胞および腫瘍における代謝物の生成・利用に関連する遺伝子発現」を俯瞰することによって、腫瘍細胞に必要な栄養素供給の面から膵癌組織微小環境を解明し、その制御による新規治療法の開発を目指す。
