Research Abstract
我々は先行研究により、①Protein tyrosine kinase non-receptor type3 (PTPN3)が活性化リンパ球で発現亢進し,②PTPN3が活性化リンパ球では免疫チェックポイント分子として作用しておりPTPN3発現抑制によりリンパ球活性化（増殖能、運動能および細胞傷害活性）が更に亢進することを新たに見出した。本研究の目的は、PTPN3を標的とする非抗体型免疫チェックポイント阻害剤（低分子化合物）を用いた難治性固形癌に対する新規癌免疫治療を創生することである。
