Research Abstract
がんは三大疾病の一つであり、厚労省の統計では1981年以来、日本人の死因の第一位である。本研究で我々は、「がんに由来するケモカインによる脳の糖鎖のリモデリングがPVニューロンに機能変調をもたらし、がん関連認知機能障害を招く」とする新たな仮説の検証を行い、糖鎖をキーワードとする分野横断的研究によりCRCIの解明と革新的がんリハビリテーションを創出する。
