Research Abstract

固体‐液体‐気体が重なる三相界線は種々の工学・化学プロセスにおいて重要な役割を果たす一方、その物理には今でも不明な点が多い。特に理論的仮定とはかけ離れた、実際の固体面上のようにナノスケールの凹凸を持つ表面での物理はその重要性にも関わらず完全な理解には程遠い。本国際共同研究では、申請者のナノ界面計測技術と国際共同研究者の表面微細加工技術を融合することで、実表面上での三相界線の物理の解明を目指す。
