Research Abstract

非小細胞肺癌においてはHER2遺伝子変異陽性の症例に対して著効を示すがその機序は不明である。本研究では、非小細胞肺癌におけるHER2の細胞内動態と、HER2抗体薬物複合体の効果を促進する機序・因子を明らかにし、肺癌ゲノム医療の進展に寄与するとともに、抗体薬物複合体を用いた治療開発への新たな知見を創出する。
