Research Abstract
本研究の目的は,各すべり系同士の転位相互作用係数とその加工硬化率への影響を定量的に評価する事である.通常,加工硬化率の測定を行うためには,単結晶を作製する必要があるが,様々な条件での力学試験を行うためには,多数の単結晶バルク試料が必要となり,実施に大きな困難を伴うことが多い.そこで本研究では,単結晶を作製することなく多結晶材料を用いて単結晶の力学試験を行うこと画出来るマイクロカンチレバー曲げ試験に着目し,加工硬化率の測定を行う.
