Research Abstract
我々が先の研究で新たに見出した、肺神経内分泌腫瘍(肺NET)に存在するprotein tyrosine phosphatase non-receptor type 3(PTPN3)ーカルシウムイオンチャネル:calcium voltage-gated channel subunit alpha 1G (CACNA1G)ーチロシンキナーゼ(TK)リン酸化経路(PTPN3-CACNA1G-TKリン酸化経路)の解析を行い、肺NETの病態解析を行うとともに、新規治療法を開発する。
