Research Abstract

本研究は近年の東アジアにおける高等教育のプロセスが、日本、中国、韓国の3か国を中心とした東アジア域内の若年人材の国際移動を規定する1つの要因であるという研究仮説を、社会学、教育社会学、経済学、国際政治学の四方向から実証分析と理論分析を行うことを目的とする。 現実の高度人材の移動には一定のパターンや方向性の偏重が生じている背景に高等教育の普及がある。国内の労働市場に大卒人材が大量供給されると、国内で自身のキャリアに相応する職や機会を獲得できない場合、国外に出るという選択をする人が発生する。アジア域内の複数方向に移動の選択肢が存在し、その1つが日本だと位置づけ、新たな理論的説明枠組みの提示を目指す。
